Keisha Cummings, Founder and CEO of 2Love, LLC, is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but resides in Southside Richmond, Virginia. Keisha has devoted her life to serving others, and for over a decade she has been a fierce advocate for adversely affected Richmond communities. Throughout this time, Keisha has witnessed and experienced the racial and socioeconomic disparities in Richmond City from inequitable funding streams for grassroots organizations to the disproportionate rate in which black youth enter the school-to-prison pipeline. Keisha is passionate about ensuring policymakers include the unique wants and needs of the youth, families and communities she serves.

"Ms. Keisha," as she is affectionately known as in the community, works to make sure youth who are labeled "hard to reach" or "at promise" are not only provided with opportunities to excel out are supported along their journey. 2Love's approach is based on being culturally responsive. This is why 2Love has been so successful in engaging and staying engaged with youth and families. Keisha relates to the community she serves, she understands the culture, and she understands the joys and the hardships. 2Love exists because pouring love into communities is the most effective way to remind everyone that we are all connected to something greater.
